Oooh, very nice set-up! I like the way you grew the waviness of dark and light in the water, and the bubbles. And the bubbles in the thought balloons! :)

Okay, comment on the actual piece ... I love the way the speech bubble hangs between the second and third panels, and the overall composition of the page ... and the underwater bubbles are lovely in the last panel.
